Pumps should be under the res and where are the return line from rad to res?

I am the one who goes bump in the night... usually making a sandwich.

Don't worry about having hot water from the GPU run to the CPU or otherwise around. That's a common misconception, the water actually only changes by a few degrees after going through waterblocks.

Also, your watercooling setup should be a loop, as Bosco said. One Reservoir+Pump should be fine and the bottom rad is too big and might be obstructed if you don't have good case feet.
