You need to know what case are you going to use and what size of Rads that can fit are meant to fit in that location. 

The Rad you have down there is to big because that where the powersupply suppose to go.

Pumps should be under the res and where are the return line from rad to res?

Don't worry about having hot water from the GPU run to the CPU or otherwise around. That's a common misconception, the water actually only changes by a few degrees after going through waterblocks.

Also, your watercooling setup should be a loop, as Bosco said. One Reservoir+Pump should be fine and the bottom rad is too big and might be obstructed if you don't have good case feet.
