Animated backgrounds

I found an area in Destuny that I want as my background however it moves and it looks great. I wanted to know if there is anything that I can do or use to make windows support an animated background and if there is please link me to it. Thank you.

Gif Desktop wallpaper? Microsoft stopped support after Windows XP or so i heard  

you could have it on a Phone or tablet.

There are software like DreamScene (never used) or  workaround but it will hog some power from your PC...

You would either need to use dreamscenes which only windows 7 ultimate has I believe or stardocks deskcapes which costs money http://www.stardock.com/products/deskscapes/

I have W7 ultimate so I will try it out but I plan on upgrading to W8 so I will check that as well thanks. Also I LOVE your Akame user pic. Huge fan.
