Heya,

 

If you can, see if you can use a friend's computer to copy the OS from the disc onto a USB Drive. When you have the OS on the USB drive,  go into the BIOS and make sure that the USB drive is recognised and in the boot priorities, set the USB drive as the first device to read from and it will boot from the USB drive and away you go  ^_^

install the ISO to a usb drive with enough storage and set that as the boot drive then install with the product key you have.

Do this.

Google how to put the ISO of a Windows 8 installation onto a flash drive.
