custom loop water cooling, struggles

So i am upgrading a bit and i want to make a custom loop, i will be running my cpu i7-4770k and two 780 ti's and i am trying to study it but i still dont know whats good or eh, can i have some suggestions on pumps, reservoirs, red coolant, tubing, the plates and all, and my budget is 1300 USD for that and whats a good water cooling case? please help
