BF4 question ...

I have a big problem with my BF4 Premium account i buyed premium yesterday for my already existing bf4 account evrything works i can play on all premium maps on the battleog site near by my name it says premium but i cant choose all of the premium dog tags nothing i cant choose premium knifes i cant use all the premium features except the maps what should i do the last map pack isnt downloaded (final stand) do i have to download all the map packs before i can really use all of the premium features ?

That said, you could try and contact EA support. You already paid way too much for that game so if stuff doesn't work you are fully entitled to having them fix it, or refund you if they can't.

maybe you have to unlock them first? like drops from battlepacks.
