how the hell are you maxxing out the 8core while streaming? I really don't think a cpu upgrade will help you. you might want to look into a streaming card.

Because it has 8 weak cores? Or maybe he's maxing out a select amount of cores..

@ TS, have you tried shadowplay? :/

I never maxxed out my pentium while streaming csgo while using the cpu for encoding, and not using quicksync, that's really odd. I'd close some chrome tabs. there no reason you should be maxing the 8core while playing csgo.

But the ChromeTabs ain't taking any CPU just RAM and even if theres no reason to max it out it's just happening ^^

I have a pentium, I even said that in my post above

My point was I have a 3570k and he has an 8350, so Chrome shouldn't be taking up that much CPU usage if he's not doing anything intensive on it (should've made that more clear, sorry).

RIP in pepperonis m8s

Yeah, But OBS should not be using 40% of a cpu tho.

5960X or the 18 core 36 Threads xeon E5 maybe lol.

No in all seriousness. 4790k should do fine in streaming.

You could also concider a 5820k.

If you stream allot, and you do also some productivity stuff.

Then you might could concider a 5820k.

The only con is the premium price of DDR4 ram and X99 mobo´s
