New PC! Help!

Go to solution Solved by STRMfrmXMN,

Im planning on building a new PC this holiday. And this is what I have came up with:

Intel i5-4690k

Corsair H80i (from old comp)

Gigabyte GA-Z97N-GAMING 5

HyperX 16GB 1866Mhz

Intel 530 Series SSD 240GB

Seagate 2TB HDD

Gigabyte GTX-970

Cooler Master B700 700W (from old comp)

BitFenix Prodigy (xmas gift)

Old optical drive (from old comp)

I want to know what I should change or replace from you guys because you know more about pc parts then what I do.

Thank you and Merry Christmas!  :)

If the PSU is even semi-modular ditch it. You need a non-modular one to fit in there without all of the frustration that I went through trying to put a semi modular PSU in my Prodigy. I can't see if the PSU is modular from pics sadly.

EDIT: it looks like it isn't. Go for it!

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Sounds like a very solid build, no compromises! I don't see a bit to change :)
