I built a computer for a friend with that mobo. It is very sexy  :D  has a nice chrome shine that the LEDs will bounce of off  :wub:

 

It's a nice looking motherboard isn't it but I have been thinking of changing the motherboard and get a MSI MPower Max with a motherboard water block.

Question wouldn't there be a possibility of higher heat to cooling would increase rather than decrease .  Second  you should have but this in the build log section of the forum

 

Memory and core clocks won't really matter, the 780 will still perform better than the 770 in 2560x1440 resolution due to the higher amount of memory.
