No it's not the help. The movie I'm looking for, listed above, has the following plot. There's this black gay guy and his white partner and they have to go down south for christmas (no pun intended) back to the black guys family's home. The family eventually finds out that they're together and everyone flips out. This scene, captured in the GIF, is when the major church member, at a church function, finds out the black guy is gay. But I just can't remember the name...
