Hello, I am helping a friend build a computer and he is on a budget so he is getting a 750 TI and was wondering what cpu to get

fot that king of budget i'd suggest an 860K CPU and the GPU you should consider an R7 265 or R9 270 as both significantly outperform the 750ti and cost about the same or even less.

You could also go with a FX 4300 and a Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P mobo with a R9 270. The FX chip is a little more expensive, but those chips achieve better overclocks then the Athlon.
