is the nzxt sentry 3 any good?

i was thinking of buying this fan controller to support more case fans. i am not overclocking and i have stock coolers for my cpu(i5 4690) and gpu(gtx760). is this fan controller a good buy?

on a side note i am also thinking of buying the corsair h60 water cpu cooler (is this ovrkill considering im not overclocking?)
