bsod issue

Hi guys i have an issue my pc bsod in avrage once a week and i cant figure it out why i ran prime 95 for 32 hours and memtest86 for 7 hours and no errors what the hack is the problem btw i have a gigabyte z77x-ud3h a 3570k and 2X2 gb of kingston genensis cl9 1600 ram pls pls i need help thanks in advance

Do you know what it says the error is? It displays a reason why when it blue screens. We can't help unless we know what the error says. Also have you done any over clocking?
