Benchmarking and overclocking question

Hey linus community I was just wondering if this is a problem. When I was benchmarking on 3d mark I used sky diver. I went through the demo and there were some flashes of black on the screen in the demo. But in the tests there was like one flash and that was it. Can I overclock past my 1520mhz?

Also will I get a better overclock if adjust the core voltage? Is this the thing that reduces the life of the card?

go full retard. It has a limit which is not harmfull for the gpu. like +80mv i think. But you can start low if you dont feel comfortable.

There is no given answer each GPU reacts differently even max volts will sometimes get you less than a bit less volts (electronics are weird, even weirder than cats and those are weird).

 

Still I say as above go max, scale things up and down and don't forget to max out power to. IT is just a case of moving sliders bit by bit until you hit the sweet spot. After that you start with the memory and repeat the same process
