Cs:go Online stutters

I am getting about 90 ping when playing online and I am getting these terrible stutters. I doesn't happen offline so I don't know whats going on.

90 ping.. not sure if that could be a factor.

i usually have like 40 but people say it lags even with 60

90 ping is way to high in a source engine game, see if your ping is better in other games or do a test on pingtest.net.

Turn net_graph on to monitor your rates, fps, choke and loss. It's probably an issue with rates. Try turning off multicore rendering in video options too.

I updated some drivers and restarted. Pingtest was giving me 31ms and when i went in game, the ping dropped to about 73ms. I no longer experienced any of the problems. Weird, Cs:go was the first game that i've had problems like this with.
