Open two windows of file explorer. In one, open up your HHD and find your games. In the other, go to my computer so that you can see your SSD folder/location. Simply drag your game file to your SSD folder/location.

Open both files and then drag it from the HDD and drop to your SSD then delete it from your HDD and open your steam or origin and select search for game on that drive.
