A TX650 will be able to handle your build. I would get the TX650 V2 psu if your store has it. Another alternative would be a XFX Core 650W.

Any halfway decent 650 Watt Powersupply should be able to handle your build.

+1 to this because the V2 is made by Seasonic, which I personally would trust more than CWT who OEM's the TX 650 v1 and TX650M.

also the Seasonic models have more silent fans, and if I'm not wrong 53A vs 52A.

It is manufactured by SeaSonic but designed by Corsair (not just a sticker change) so the fan choice is not up to SeaSonic.  I don't think it is the same one that SeaSonic uses either.

The TX650v2 (based on the Seasonic SS-***AT platform like the XFX Core Edition 650w, NZXT Hale82-M, Silver Power SP-S***M, etc) has been phased out and replaced, btw. It may be still in store in some places, but the current version that it replaced is build on the PUQ-B platform from CWT. Like the TXv2 though, it still a solid mid-range platform, but I dislike how Corsair tend to only include two native PCIe connectors on their 650w models.

Either way as stated, it will be more than plenty for your setup. If you still haven't bought it and want to have an alternative, it may be helpful to know your budget and where are you from. As well as whether or not you planned on SLIing that 770 since your mobo supports it.
