I have a Gigabyte. Never goes over 70C at 49% fan speed.

msi gaming and sapphire vapor are the best cards.

but honestly i owned an hd7950 previously which is the same as the r9 280 and this is such a small and cool running gpu that it wont really matter any cooler will do so pick the cheapest/the one you like the aesthetic the most really...i believe the powercolor is dirt cheap so id go with that.

Sapphire is the best imo.

 

But the other manufacturers are good too.
