So I kinda want to buy Assassins Creed Unity but i don't know if my GTX 460 can run it. I'm fully prepared to run it at 1280X720 on lowest settings if I have to I just want from 25-30FPS average.

According to this video it can run but I want your opinion also...

I can run Far Cry 3 on my 480 at 1280x1024 at all high settings, so... You might be able to run it at 720p with bare minimum settings, if my guess is right.

Maybe buy new GPU rather then a game that runs poorly on any hardware.

I know i should buy a new GPU but the only one I want to buy is the 970 G1 and its liek 400$.

When I play FC3 I play on maxed settings 1600x900 and I get nearly 60FPS.

A GTX 480 demolishes everything at that res. So I'm sure a 460 would be an issue, just make sure you have a good CPU.

I do have a good CPU. I know it's going to lag a bit but I've played games that shoudl have never ran on my card anyways.

No. Simply, the draw call bug is way too much to ask out of a 460; the game isn't that intensive, but this bug kills even my GTX 760, and higher cards still.

I'll just wait until they fix it. I heard they are working on fixing the draw call/ performance bugs.

You don't have to go for the best of the best a 670 is relatively cheap and will more then double your FPS:

I know but I upgrade my GPU like every 100 years so i need something that will last as long as it can and a 670 isnt going to cut it.

It will work, not great, but it will work. Even if you get a high end modern card it will still run crappy, but that's how it was designed. I personally won't buy the game because Ubisoft will never see my money until they change.

Oh lol I dont use AA in any games because I feel as if it takes away from the sharpness (and my FPS).

Something wrong if your 480 can't push ultra at 720p..

Maybe CPU necked?

Nope. My 7950 happily does 1080p around 50FPS at high.
