Will a 4790k and GTX 970 be able to play all modern games at 1080p ultra with AA?

How long will this setup last until needing to be upgraded?

Probably about three to five years if you want to play on high/very high/max out every game. I'm not sure though because I can't predict the future, but it should do really well.

Yes, excluding unoptimized Ubisoft games.

I preach for this considering I pretty much have this build.
