Cooling for CPU

this is my 1st time here and I do enjoy LinusTechTIps videos, but to my main point.

I am getting a list of a pc parts for my rig soon I'm about to get. At the moment all up my build cost $1,549 AUS. The thing is that with the extra $50 left is that I want to know what would be a good CPU cooling mechanism. Although I would like it to be water cooled I don't have the budget left to get a good one.

This is the CPU and motherboard I have chosen:

Intel i7 4790k

Gigabyte GA-H97-HD3 Motherboard

Anything within my budget ( I know it is small but I might be able to stretch it) in AUS dollars.

Get a Z97 PC Mate, a GTX970 and a EVGA 650W NEX if possible

 

For cooling, a CM Hyper 212 EVO is enough

The 212x apparently has a better heat pipe design and a better fan, but I believe the Hyper 212 Evo is generally much cheaper (I can't even find a Hyper 212x, in America at least).

The 212 on cooler aster webpage was about $35 USD but of course I'm AUS I'm doing it through an AUS site and the have the 212x for $45 AUS. Just over by $8 but that's okay

Get Z97 ! At some point u will want to overclock and buying new mobo will be pain in the ass !

Also get gtx 970, it outperforms 780 and should be same price. Just look at the prices and if its less than 50 dollars then its well worth. It has 4gb vram too if im not mistaken :]
