So today I went out and bought an ssd but it's still coming up with the same message, I've looked online and I saw something about a infected bios, my motherboard is a msi-h81m-p33. you have backups?

Install a live version of ubuntu and see - if ubuntu boots it means its a software problem

if ubuntu fails it means its a hardware problem

If you dont have backups - boot live fedora and there will be a menu and press rescue the install system this will boot up and you can get your staff

nope

ok,

since if something might be wrong you first need to save your files right?

To do that since you dont have any backups

You can make a boot usb or cd with fedora( linux ):https://getfedora.org/

2. when fedora boots it will go to a menu asking you what to do

3. there is an option called " Rescue install system", by hiting that it will boot fedora onto the good partitions of you hard drive and then you will be able to get all you data and save them somewhere

When you finish doing that you should try booting fedora ( live) onto your pc

if the pc does not boot it means that is a hardware problem 100%

if it does boot it means that is a software problem
