lag spikes?

Hello, i really need help cuz somewhy im get these fps lag spikes on everything im doing even browsing or watching videos please help me it really such to have it check my dx diag i updated all drivers and everything im running win 10 check my dxdiag for more information

If you're running windows 10, there is the cause of your lag spikes.

 

It's a Beta release, meaning that there is bound to be a few, if not a lot of issues with it. Drops in FPS are to be expected with a Preview version of an OS set to come out in 4-8 months.

you might have a drop because you are using win10 - which is not ready yet and might have bugs and problems like fps
