If you're willing to spend a little more, the ASUS Z97-Pro (Wi-Fi ac) is also fantastic. On-board wireless connectivity and an improved audio codec for $40-50, depending on the timing of sales.

Titan: Intel Core i7-5820K | ASUS X99-A | Crucial Ballistix Sport 4x4GB DDR4-2400 | ASUS Strix GeForce GTX 970 | OCZ Arc 100 2x256GB in RAID 0 | Seagate Barracuda 2x2TB in RAID 1

EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 | Fractal Design Define R5 Titanium Window | Phanteks PH-TC14PE | ASUS BW-12B1ST

@Maximunzito It's times like this that make me want a "That sucks" button. =/

If you count a pleasant user experience as a benefit, you can't really go wrong with the ASUS Z97-A or Z97-AR.  It's got decent on-board audio, and Intel NIC, Fan Xpert 3 (still the best onboard fan control), and all the little Asus extras that make building easier.

Other suggestions:

Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI

ASRock Z97 Extreme3

MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Titan: Intel Core i7-5820K | ASUS X99-A | Crucial Ballistix Sport 4x4GB DDR4-2400 | ASUS Strix GeForce GTX 970 | OCZ Arc 100 2x256GB in RAID 0 | Seagate Barracuda 2x2TB in RAID 1

Motherboards

1.Asus Formula z87 . Z97

2.Asus Maximus hero VII

3.Asus Z97 pro

4.Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 5,7

But do note that Asus ROG Series Motherboards excel in everything especially they are the top when you overclock your processor. Also their sound quality are is better. Further more always ROG Series Mobo get more than 9.5 in DPR ( Detailed Product Ratings).

Buy from Ebay.com / Amazon . You will get high end motherboards at a great pricing .

As in for PSU,

I suggest Corsair Rm1000 or Corsair ax860. ( gtx 970 requires 500w )  If you're with enough cash I suggest you to go for Corsair 1200Axuk as whatever gpu's you throw at them they run it ( max of even four gtx970 consider slinky's gaming pc setup 2014).

@TrenchKraken You're recommending good PSUs, but I think they're a little too much PSU for a build that will only ever have 2 GPUs max.  Given the price of the AX1200i in the US (~$250), I don't want to know what it costs in Brazil.  I don't think OP can (or should) spend that much of his budget on a PSU
