So I'm looking for a mouse pad.. I have a razer deathadder, and I play at roughly 1600DPI. I play lots of FPS so i believe i need a mousepad thats "control" oriented. I have limited desk space, and I dont use much gaming area.. I would like it to look as clean as possible and be able to purchase it in Canada.

QcK Mousepad from steel series. I personally use it (for the past year) and i love it.

is it very smooth for speed? or more control oriented

It's smooth but not too smooth (if you clean it that is, after dust has been collected it's as smooth as a baby's buttocks) So you are able to have more control over your char if you play FPS (I play bf4 competitively (more like climbing the ladder and i am DIV 1 for most) and the mouse pad really allows me to keep my sight on my enemies) while maintaining the smoothness to rotate your char if someone were to jump on you. The only downside to the mousepad(atleast to mine) is that the edges are starting to peel off but the adhesive in the center still keeps it quite usable. (only quater of a cm around the diameter of the mousepad is peeled off for me).

Overall i highly recommend it. Cheap and good

I can use my table too but i choose not to (tables are really yucky to use mouses on even if they are smooth if you take your FPS seriously).

Razer Goliathus. It has speed and control versions. I have the speed edition and it is pretty smooth w/ my corsari m45. It also has anti fraying stitch w/c makes it very durable compared to most mousepads w/c was the main reason I got this.

I've recently received a pad from Glorious PC Gaming Race, seems to work well.

Anything from the QCK line of pads. I use the heavy and have done for a little over a year and haven't had any other pad that's suited me as well.
