Math help (urgent)

so we have these optional problems of the week we can do and ive done all the previous ones with almost no hitch but this one is really getting to me so if anyone could explain how to do it that would be great (or straight up give me an answer im ok with that too)

How much do you know about combinations and permutations? Do you know the difference between them? Have you talked about them at all in class?

I dont lose marks if I dont do it but we have this wierd grading sytem this year where your mark has nothing to do with tests and all that matters is what the teacher thinks
