what do you think is better Air 240 or the 250D? I do have the 250D already and was thinking of changing it to the 240

I'm not really sure. The only smaller case I've looked into was one of the Prodigy cases (wanna say it was the Prodigy M, but I am not sure), so I'm kinda clueless on the smaller cases.
