PC shutdown

A friend's computer shuts down basically, only when starting a match of Dota2, I suspect it's the PSU that's why I'm posting here . He says there is no overheating, I made him send me an event log from windows from when his computer shut down from that, I'll post the details from it if required but it's in Danish . I don't fully know his specs but he says he bought it 5 years ago and from what I saw he has:

GPU: HD 5700 Series, 45nm technology 850 MHz
CPU: Intel® Core i7 CPU 960 @ 3.20GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
12 gigs of RAM unknown details 
HDD: Samsung HD103SJ 1TB
 
And this is the tricky part, I almost don't know anything about his PSU except that it might be a Corsair model 750W, he claims there aren't any stickers on his PSU and he can't figure out the model or any specs for it.
What do you think is the cause for these shutdowns ? And again, I will post the details from the windows log if any of you need it.

I can probably find out but then again, when he starts it, his PC shuts down.

His temps both CPU and GPU are around 37 celsius when having only some things like Chrome with minimal tabs and Skype.

No idea. I don't think he peeled anything off though.

Found out, he streamed it on Skype for me .

The 3 cores' temperatures for the GPU are varying from 51 to 54 to 55

And the 4 cores' temperatures for the CPU are varying from 49 to 47 to 48 to 44
