MSI, EVGA looks good, Sappgire, Gigabyte. I can't really give a valid opinion, MSI's the first and only one I've owned and had no problems with them.

EVGA and Gigabyte for me  :)

 

Loved EVGA's customer support and graphics cards and love Gigabyte's cards.

Since you asked for GPU Vendor and not GPU looks, I'll answer with EVGA. Their customer service is phenomenal and their warranty system is the greatest. I haven't had to deal with Sapphire or Gigabyte yet, but they'd be my 2nd and 3rd choice if you're wondering.
