Computer Won't Fall Asleep

Well, I went to put my computer to sleep for the night, only to discover that it won't fall asleep!  Whenever it goes asleep, it magically wakes up about 10-30 seconds later.  I thought it was my external hard drive, and unplugged it.  It didn't work.  No key on my keyboard is forced down, nor on my mouse.  It just started today.

 

Specs are in case you need it:

CPU: i7 3770

GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti (OC)

RAM: Mixed sticks of A-Data and a Team elite stick (each 4GB)

MoBo:  ASUS P8-B75M/CSM

Storage: Segeate barracuda 1TB

OS: Windows 10 technical preview (b: 9879)

PSU: Thermaltake Tr2-600W 600watt psu

Case: Thermaltake v6

Glass of warm milk will do.

 

Anything running in the background? unplug the mouse and keyboard next time

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

One makes you broke, the other you can get more of and have a midnight snack from the fridge when hungry again. Once you go Nvidia, you go broked, turn into an Elitist, or get the incorrect amount of VRAM.

It hurts so much but I do it for Fifflaren. I can feel my butt tearing as my eyes start to water. I push against his force. I want to please Fifflaren. He roars a viking roar as he fills my butt with his love. My dad walks in. Fifflaren looks straight into his eyes and says; "He is a ninja now". Fifflaren is love, Fifflaren is life

your sure its not the mouse? i mean i have a high dpi mouse and itll wake up my computer with ease

try with them both unplugged. the more we get out of the way is better

Surprisingly, I just posted pretty much this exact same question a little while ago. The people there helped solve my sleep issues, so I hope they might be able to solve yours as well  :)

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

The fact that you are running a windows 10 build should be first thing on your list.
