There's a bot on steam which give them away, you can give the copies to it and it will distribute to people who request it.

I CANT CREATE MY ACCOUNT ON STEAM! WHEN I CLICK ON SECRET QUSTION NOTHIN COMES AND AFTER ALL THAT WHEN I CLICK ON CREATE MY ACCOUNT ALSO IT DOESN'T RESPOND ONLY!!!

i can only type in the empty boxes other than that i can't do anything! when i click on check availibility nothing happens,when i type password nothing happens in the bar aside of it! (we reccomend that u....)when i click on secret question nothing happens! when it comes to entering the given characters . when i click on refresh nothing happens! clicking on the checkbox below that works and then when i click create my account again nothing happens!!! please help me!
