Don't get a Kingston V300 SSD. Those SSDs are prone to problems. Also, Seagate drives I saw were selling for 50 bucks on Newegg, check  that out. Other than taht, everything else is fine.

Ya it all looks pretty good, but I personally would never spend even an extra dollar for my memory just because it runs above 1600... There is absolutely nothing wrong with 1600... yes, EVEN FOR GAMING...  As long as its DDR3. Also dont jump the gun when the gtx 960 does launch! Trust me when I say you will be much happier in the long run if you get a non-reference card... AND especially if you wait 1-2 months after launch for review sites like guru3d to write the full 20+ page reviews instead of peoples 2nd or 3rd day "first impressions".  :)

I only see one problem with the build, the motherboard.  You seem to be preparing for a moderate to high CPU overclock.  That board only has 4 phases on it.  It will overclock, but the board is not really designed for much more than a modest OC.

This is a better all around card over the 760:  http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr928wf3oc3gd

Unless you absolutely MUST HAVE Nvidia, the R9 280 is a better choice, and cheaper too.  Save money and get r9 280 + a better mobo. =)

New and improved build.

I found that it cost 4$ more at my local store so I decided to step the memory speed up.

I also just went over my budget of 1500 aus$ by 69 dollars.

I really am not a fan of the 280's I myself have a GIGABYTE Windforce 280x and although it is a beast of a card, I made the mistake of buying it day one of its launch and little did I know that its stock overclock would cause minor to most of the time major graphical glitches in everysingle triple A title I play on it. In fact the only way ive found to fix the glitches was to underclock the gpu down to the 280x referance card speeds.  <_< For me it was a learning experience and the main reason I plan on all ways being patient and wait a few months for the full reviews to come in before making a gpu purchase!

You know, I have the Windforce 280.  When I first used it I did notice graphical glitches (LoL would periodically make the screen completely white for a second ... it was like a transition to a dream sequence in a movie.  That went away after the first day or so.  It is like the card needed to warm up or something =/.  I was contemplating what I was gonna do to test it when I noticed the abnormality.  It seems to be okay for over a month.  I am happy with it...mind you, I came from a 5850... so it was a good jump.
