Will i be safe to run my new CPU?

Corkaaay
Hi, im new here and for my first post i thought i would see if i could request some help!?

My problem is:

Im getting a new CPU for Christmas BUT i don't know if my PSU can run the new one, along with my current parts.

The new CPU: AMD FX-8320 (from Santa) ;)

The current parts:

Case: NZXT Phantom 410 - White

Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB ( 2 x 8GB )

GPU: Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 DCU II OC

CPU: AMD FX 4100

Cooler: Corsair H55

HDD 1: Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 1TB Drive

HDD 2: Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 1TB Drive

PSU: Solid Gear SDGR- 750BR (750W)

So, the only problem i have is that im not sure! :/

Can someone help me, i need to know if i can run this CPU without replacing my PSU!

Kind regards, Reece. :)
