Yeah, all power supplies should be interchangeable. They all use the same connectors. And the wattage is more than enough.

Psus only draw as much power as a system needs.

What woodmarker said, you can get a 1500w supply, won't mean you are using that much energy. How much energy is being used is based on what your hardware needs to run and the efficiency of the power supply. The farther you get from how much your system draws the less efficient it will be. Optimal load for a psu is about 50% say your system draws 250w at load a 500w sytem would be the most you should get for it.

Optimal load is generally >50% and not just around 50%. The psu should also just be about as big as it needs because systems spend the most time at low to medium loads.

True, a 430w or 450 would probably be better for the OP.
