Asus M5A78L-MLX3

I see.. may not help. It's a crappy board :(

I'd try updating to the latest BIOS available.

Just extract it to a USB, go to "tools" in the BIOS. Choose EZ Flash. Then find the file on your USB and update it.

This.

Also make sure that you don't power it off during the process. Recovery will be a royal pain n the ass.

Also one more question do games require only 2 cores . Or I get not that good performance now because I have 4 cores

Games are really only coded for two cores and won't really take advantage of more cores, but having them is good in case you need it.

that's totaly and utterly wrong...only a handful of games are now still released using only a couple cpu threads...most modern games nowadays use between 4 and 12 cpu threads...

and ALL the main AAA titles that have released for PC since about april or may 2014 ALL use 6 or 8 threads for processing if you happen to have them...shadow of mordor being the only exception using 4 cpu threads only.

So not having 2 cores doesnt effect my performance for gaming?

it sure does your cpu is not a full 6 core CPU it's a 3 ''module'' AMD call it a 6 core CPU but it's in fact a 3 core CPU because in there you only got 3 floating point units (1 per module) for calculation and apparently now you have 1 of them disabled...that's bad.
