Yes it's enough. But one question WHY DID YOU BUY A GT730!

Probably just had it lying around

you can pretty much run your system with a 300w psu. try rechecking the 24pin, if the motherboard isn't getting power, the 24pin might be loose.

or if anything, the PSU might have faulty cables.

He could definitely run his system with a 200w psu and have headroom. Something isn't connected right.

Yea, i thought so, I was originally going to say 250w, since thats what prebuilt office computers use, and his specs are about the same as one of those, Just took the safe route out, so I don't sound stupid.

Lol it's okay. I don't know why but soooo many people think you need like 500w psu's to run systems like that. Part of it is nvidia. Recommending at least 600w psu's for systems that draw 250w.

I think its partly due to older components taking alot of power and older power supplies not having 80+ ratings.

They want to make up for people's shitty diablotek power supplies that cost 15 dollars lol. Instead they should say, quality power supply of 450w or better. And that is just for the most power hungry stuff.

Make sure everything is plugged in correctly.

Triple check.

I did that, 4+4 pins and the 24 pins.

you can pretty much run your system with a 300w psu. try rechecking the 24pin, if the motherboard isn't getting power, the 24pin might be loose.

or if anything, the PSU might have faulty cables.

I think the motherboard isn't getting power enough, because even the GPU's fan turn on and off, then turn on again. And the start on LED of the case is same. I should go to FSP Raider 650W 80+ Silver.

Yes it's enough. But one question WHY DID YOU BUY A GT730!

I don't have enough money to buy high-end GPU. I don't need to have high end GPU for:

Web Developing

Light Video Editing

Light Games (Mostly World of Tanks and League of Legend)

But in the future 5th gen CPU I'll upgrade the GPU.

395W is MORE than enough for your system. I can basically guarantee something is not.connected correctly, or is being shorted out.

Some things to consider.

1) make sure all the necassry motherboard stand-offs are installed in the computer case. They act as the ground connection.

2) Check all the power connections. 24-pin, CPU 4/8-pin, SATA cables, etc.

3) Check that the CPU is installed correctly. The CPU only goes into the socket one way...without forcing it. Otherwise, your motherboard/CPU is probably ruined.

4) Make sure the case wiring are correctly connected (I.e. power button, reset button, etc)

4) make sure the CPU cooler is installed properly. The push pins should go in and "click" lock into place.

I guess you could also post a few pictures of the internals of your system (mainly the motherboard), and we could see if we spot and problems.

if everything is plugged in correctly, and nothing is turning on, you either have dead components(could be your motherboard) or just the 24pin is not soldered properly, and needs a replacement, if you had spare hardware, it'd be easier to isolate the issue, but with only 1 set of hardware, best you can do is guess and hope you're correct.

There's no 6 pins on my GPU so that means my motherboard is not dead. I already call the shop where I bought it. I might replace it to higher watts.

1) 24-pin looks okay.

2) 4+4-pin is good

3) Try using the CPU_FAN1 connector instead of CPU_FAN2 CPU_FAN2 is usually the optional one (sometimes named a CPU_OPT on other motherboards). The computer may be thinking there is no CPU cooler connected.

4) You have no HDD / SSD connected. Depending on how your motherboard is programmed, it maybe say make noises & lights saying no HDD, or it just won't work. At this time, just plug it in. No need to install Windows on it yet.

5)  CPU cooler looks okay. All 4 lock pins are good.

6) All 6 motherboard stand-off screw are there. Good. Did you use these on the behind the motherboard for ALL 6 motherboard screws (just making sure)?

7) Front Panel wires looks good (comparing your picture to the user manual, and motherboard pictures).
