Intel build.....i need help

Hello people!

 

So I have finally decided on a PC, I'm on a budget of $850, I will do minor gaming (CS:GO, TF2, other lower end games), and very rarely, video editing.

Nope, Philippines.

The parts that I want are either not here or expensive as hell. If I do get it, I'll probably ask a relative to bring it. Shipping it here is expensive as f---

 

Looks good, what is the cost difference in 4440 vs 4460 they do not differ much but the 4460 is the improved one.
