I have an AOC 2963PM 21:9 monitor, and when I play a game at 1080p 16:9, it looks washed out as shit, even though I have the CCC overscan setting at 0%. Help! It should scale perfectly.

Can you take screenshot so we can see how it looks like ?

The res as a screen cap looks fine, but it does not scale 1:1 like it should on the panel.

I did search your previous topic and you said there that your scaling problem is happening with Mass Effect game. Did you try other games? Is the desktop resolution ok?

That problem I already solved, this is the one that is left. I don't have the problem mentioned in the thread anymore.

Not a LCD Panel Menu item to select that stuff?

I have played around with the aspect ratio settings and I set it to 1:1 so it changes the aspect ratio depending on the input.

Take a picture with your phone would be easier to see what your talking about then

I really don't think it will help at all. The picture just looks faded out and it is clear it is not scaling correctly on the panel.
