I was told a few weeks ago about a 240mm radiator water cooling loop that is able to add another 120mm rad to it. so in a way, its expandable to 360mm rad. I have forgotten what it was called, but it was on amazon and newegg. does anyone know what it is?

If you want to expand, its more worth it to build a custom loop because most AIO expandables wouldn't be able to drive a cpu, 2gpus or 480 rads if you're thinking to expanding up to that point.

The only reason to expand would be adding GPUs to the loop. The pump is strong enough for a extra rad and a GPU, so don't worry about that; the thing is this kits cost around $150, which is a decent price, but you lack a  reservoir making the unit much harder to fill properly.

For $220 you can get a kit; which are basically a box with all the needed parts to make a custom loop for a CPU with accessories, instructions etc. You get a reservoir, a better pump, extra tubing, a nice block for the CPU, a better (thicker, copper) rad, fans for it (which are usually pretty good), fittings and even a bottle of fluid. The only thing is that you have to built it yourself (which is a pro IMO).

There are of course, other versions of the kits, with more/less radiator space, different fittings, pumps, etc. If you want, you can copy the parts from the specs, and order the same parts yourself, but you are hardly saving $10 really; the price of the kits match the parts.

I know you were not probably that much inclined to go full custom from day one, but tbh is not that hard, it's a great experience and will grant you all the upgradeability you were looking for; and as you can see it's not that much more expensive, you get quality components and even better temps.
