when you intall fedora it will go to a menu

select " Rescue install system"

i think it will work

 

you can make a backup within the rescue mode so you can keep your files save

I had to restart my pc to update to 8.1 and when I went to restart the pc said it was collecting error data and an error code of: process1_intialization_failed

and now my pc has the blue windows logo and says attempting repairs what is this and how can I fix it ?

it was fine before?

 

or it was during intallastion

To work around this issue, start the computer from the disc drive or from the USB drive by using the Windows installation media. Delete the Bootcat.cache (Manually delete bootcache.cat from \Windows\system32\CodeIntegrity) file, and then restart the computer.
