That means they do not accept your kind of payment. How did you try to pay them ? With what credit card?

 

They only accept/honor:

- VISA

- MasterCard

- American Express

- Discover

 

- Paypal (All payments above)

 

Or, if you did include one of these, your bank probably didn't accept it.
