What do you guys think is the best sub-$60 case? My main concerns are:

1. Room for a 12" video card

2. Cooling

3. Cooling

4. Cooling

I don't care how the thing looks. It could be covered in pictures of swastikas, penises, or My Little Pony's for all I care, as long as it cools well. I think the best option I have seen is the Cooler Master HAF 912, since I can slap a 200mm intake fan in the front, use a 120mm intake in the side, and another couple of 120mm exhausts on top. Anything better in that price range? I mean I know there are cases that look a hell of a lot better, but that's not a concern since I'll have the thing sitting on wood under the desk.

Cases covered in swastikas aren't good for anything.. including cooling.  However, put a well-hung Little Pony on it instead, and it'll work like a charm.

The CoolerMaster N200 is a great case for it's price ;)

I like that it has lots of room for intake fans, but the video card being so close to the power supply is a little concerning, especially given the amount of power a 290 uses (about 220W or so average while gaming).

Wow, that should be killer for cooling with dual 140mm intakes and without all the stupid 5.25" bays (I think I use my DVD drive about once every 3 months). I can't believe most cases today still come with 3-4 5.25" drive bays of wasted space.
