I'm going to Frys/Bestbuy tomorrow to buy parts. I had a perfect list, but then everything on the deal sold out :(. I am not sure on my Power supply. I'm going to be running an XFX R9 280 3GB. The rest I can only guess. If you really need the specs. I can possibly give them to you soon. My guesses are, a locked intel processor, hyper212, 1600-1866 ddr3 ram.

I believe I will need 600-650 watt just for extra room in case I upgrade? My max budget is around 110 USD and I want it to be pretty decent looking (braided cables). Here's the challenge. I need it to be somewhere on these two sites Frys or check on Bestbuy. Thank you so much if you can help. Also is Antec a good PSU company? Frys mostly have those.

A decent 500w is already more than enough. 550w is plenty for any single gpu system.

Anetc's psus are manufactured by 2 of the arguably best psu oems: Seasonic and Delta.

Why only Fry's or Bestbuy?

Because it's near me and I really don't want to wait 4-5 days to see if it is actually working or not, and if I have to return it or something I would have to wait about 2 weeks to ship and ship back. With Fry's and bestbuy I can just bring it straight to the store.

Fry's has some pretty sh*t PSU's (for the most part). Go to Best Buy first where they have decent stuff.

Also, you only need maybe 300 watts to run a locked i5, 280 etc. Don't worry too much about wattage now.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
