My PC is connected through an Ethernet cable, I'm not sure what's going on, but when I try load a page it sometimes says this page cannot be loaded then I wait a few seconds and it pops up. Or other times the webpage doesn't even pop up, to solve that I have to pull the Ethernet cable from the router port and plug into a different port. I'm not really sure what's going on.

Humor me & try this...  REPLACE THE ETHERNET CABLE!  Sooo many times the problem with connectivity is the ethernet cable itself.  Try a new one & see if the issue persists.  If it does, post back.  Hope this helps!!

Sounds like you could be having IP address problems.

 

Use a tool such as Angry IP Scanner to scan your network, and then assign one of the unused IP addresses to your computer.

check your house for cable splitters. tell me if you find any with open ports on them. if you do. cap them off! also make sure all your cable connections are TIGHT. not wrench tight but snug.

Try different cable.

Try different DNS servers

Try hooking up directly to Modem and see if issue persists.
