So I have decided to go with amd over intel as I feel it is better for the future and its cheaper :) howevert he main reason that I wasn't sure on going for amd was because of there motherboards .... So now I wanna go for a good mobo on the 990fx chipset but arnt sure which ones are good.

Price range is no more than 115 pound and if you could use this website it would be awesome

(Ps if its blue it would be awesome as that would match my case )!

Guess it really depends on what features you want on your board. More USB3 or SATA3 ports? Overclocking? SLi or Crossfire? I am personally running on an Asus M5A99x Evo R1, and although i had some growing pains with it (overclocking issues and BIOS bugs, but upgraded BIOS fixed the issues) my system runs well and stable. (not overclocked, i may have a terrible overclocking 1100T or something) So id recommend the M5A99x PRO, but there are a couple bad reviews on the site you listed, possibly fixable with a BIOS update.

Personally I love the MSI-GD80 Linus used this board while overclocking a bulldozer cpu, so it should also be helpful if you decide to overclock with it :). That, and over the 4 months of me using it I have loved it, and never had any problems!

I have an Asus M5A99FX pro R2.0 m/board and its pretty good board for the price.

note get the FX and not the X, as it has full 16x 16x pci-e and some good features.

there is some other good boards out there now, so as long as its 990FX chipset and got the features you need and you like the look of it it should be ok.

got to love Asus components
