windows 7 cleaning software?

Go to solution Solved by Wtalk2,

Yeah I do the same for my personal rig, I am upgrading a friends and they asked if I could clean it while I have it... and it is a MESS

Sorry, but I don't really know of any good cleaning tools except CCleaner. If you want you can grab TreeSize and look through the hard drive and get it organized.

I know of CCleaner. But what else do you use, and for what reasons?

Edit: To add a second question, what about program deletion? basically, I want to uninstall ALMOST everything that isn't necessary...

THIS IS MY SUPER TEENY TINY SIGNATURE!

Ain't it just the cutest little signature.

Some would argue it is the cutest little signature ever.

I don't use any programs to clean my operating system personally, I have just gotten into a good habit of checking my disk space usage very often and investigating (With TreeSize) if I see anything abnormal. By knowing where the clutter is, it makes it very easy to manage. Also for uninstalling programs even though it might not be the safest I run the programs uninstaller and then go around my entire C drive deleting anything that has to do with that program (With common sense of course :P)

My Current Build:

Intel i5 3570K @ 4.4GHz 1.11V, Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, Asrock Z77 Extreme4, Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz, Samsung 840 EVO 250GB, Asus GTX 760 DCII Overclocked, Corsair CX600M

Ccleaner is better than anyother. But Auslogics Boost speed is also a good cleaner. But you've to pay for that S/w.
