What is a good idle cpu temperature?

My i5-4690k is running at about 28-32 °C on idle. Is this a good idle temperature?

Yes that is a good temp. Idle is tricky because it is not always accurate, load temps are what is important. I'd say as long as idel temps are below 40 you are fine. Load your CPU with P95 and see load temps.
