Missing storage?

My ssd appears to missing almost 50% of its capacity. I went through all my files and they are only using 59.9 GB of space and i have 12.9 GB free. This is a 120gb ssd so i dont know how that really adds up. I tried WinDirStat and i dont really know how to read the information its giving me but it appears that the rest of the space is going to applicatiions, system files, and application extensions. Is that normal? My system had a faulty mb and i had to reinstall a windows on it so idk if some how this would cause the problem? (it was formatted)

Is it a prebuild machine? It may have a partition (check in Device manager) with the system os install on it.

I built the computer myself and had someone repair it. I was there when he re-installed so that's how ik it was formatted but its not partitioned because it actually says 92 GB used and 24.9 free

So it say 92 used and 24.9 free, or 59.9 used and 12.9 free?

 

If it's 92/24.9 (116.9 of 120) then that is normal, can't remember why exactly but it's either working as intended or just a problem nobody has figured out how to fix yet.

 

If it's 59.9/12.9 (72.8 of 120) then I haven't a clue.

It just changed for no reason so idk what happend but it is now 92 used 24.9 free but when i add up the amount used both manually and  in treesize/WinDirStat it says 59.9 used so there is still 40 GB or so missing
