You will need to disconnect for the call on some phones, on others it will use the phone mic and the headset you have plugged in. 

You can get the zalman clip mic that attaches to the headphones and get the 4 pole adapter cable.

So I ordered a pair of these Headphones today and after a bit of research lot of people it does not have a Mic. The main reason to order this was my Phone's OEM Headset died. So I mainly use it for listening to music but what if a call comes then ? Will I have to disconnect the headphones ? Is there anyone who have experienced these headphones to help me ? I don't want the best quality Mic but one which I can use for Calls. What to do ? I have searched many products in this price range but none has Mic specified except a few junk ones. Thanks.
