Gtx 970/the crew

hello folks

 

i have as mentiont in title a 970(1440 core 3500memory) and the crew (full specs see below)

 

im playing on ultra at 1080p 

what is better 4xtxaa or 4/8x msaa 

i tried 8xmsaa and got like 10 fps less than with txaa

 

what would be the best option

whatever looks the same and gives you better fps in your eyes, if you turn shadows down to medium from ultra and in your eyes it looks exactly the same but you get 10+ fps leave it like that, everyones eyes are different (but do see everything in almost the same way). try testing the difference between 4x txaa and 4x msaa then go from there

depends. When you get 30fps with 4x TXAA and 20fps with 8x MSAA then take TXAA :D But at 60vs50fps i would probably go with MSAA
