The only thing I know for certain about this build is that I prefer an intel processor and it has to fit in an NZXT h440 (because i already own the case). Otherwise, I wanna know your guys thoughts on single GPU streaming or if I'll really need a dual GPU solution or really just whats best for my budget. I'll be knew to streaming and have never had to consider it for a build so I'm not to certain of the additional strain it puts on the system and what required to overcome it. Thanks for your help in advance!

Alright, but knowing what your uses are for this system would be helpful amongst other things. ;)

I'm going to be gaming and twitch/steam streaming mostly. I'll also work from home via Citrix or VPN on this machine running mostly web apps. I will store store less than 500gb of movies pictures and music and do some photo editing/graphic design in photoshop/illustrator.

Space in the budget for a 2nd GTX 970. If you are gaming at 1080p then a single card is plenty.

If you plan on going 1440p or higher then you can put another one in. A single GTX 970 still performs very well at 1440p though.

I would avoid the H100i and go for something better. The Link software is horrible with Win 8.1. The H105/H110, Coolermaster Nepton etc would be better.

You are better with 2 x 8GB Ram rather than 4 x 4GB.

Crucial MX100 > Crucial M500

EVGA Supernova G2 750W is slightly cheaper. The AX760 is a good psu though.
